This varies from each owner and properties. Please notify MNPMC of your pets and we will communicate it with the owner.
At times our owners allow us to take a non-refundable deposit from prospective tenants. This is on a case-by-case basis.
First month’s rent along with your security deposit.
We provide the following options:

- Visit us at our office, during office hours
- Mobile app payment
Yes, you may apply with a co-signer.
Deposits are nonrefundable.
If you are planning to move out, we would appreciate receiving a 30 day notice.
You can apply on our website, under vacant properties or you can visit us at our office. Rental applications are also found at our vacant properties. Our MNPMC team member who shows you the property may also provide you with an application.
