Rents are collected on the 1st of each month and entered in our secured system.

There is nothing too big or too small for MNPMC to handle. We manage everything from a one unit condo, to a luxury single family residence, to a multi-unit residential building.
Reports are provided monthly to property owners. The report includes all rental income received during the operating month along with detailed operating expenses.
Monies are sent between the 10th and the 15th of each month – pending monthly expenses.
The owner typically receives the security deposit. Once security deposit is receive through MNPMC, we will then forward the deposit to the owner.

We use technology like Rently to help us increase the amount of showings per day which increases the chances of your property will be rented out! in a nutshell, Rently enables us to have secured lock-boxes on the property with an access for the key. Future tenants would need to apply and go through a very secured and in depth process in order to have access to the property. Then Rently will send a code for access to the property.
We use a sophisticated rental calculator and other resources to help us determine what is the best rent listing for your property! By doing this, our rental competitors will look overpriced, overrated, and not doing what’s best for property owners.
